Our Winemaking Philosophy
“The wine is made in the vineyards. We are just taking care of it, while it is in our cellar.”
Our goal is by using traditional winemaking techniques to manifest the uniqueness of our vineyard, its terroir and to make wines, which carry the elegancy and refinement of “ The Old World” and to find the pure balance between the fruit, acidity, oak and the tannins.
In our cellar, the key to the creation of good wine is passion.
Main role for the imposition of our cellar as a market leader plays the teamwork of the professionals, who altogether discuss and plan the operations, which are to be conducted to the vineyards at any stage of the production process.
There are three technologists; apart from them there is an agronomical team. All of them have professional experience and specializations abroad. Moreover, the cellar has an established practice for exchange with French experts, which continuously increases the skills of the local professionals and respectively leads to positive results from production viewpoint.
