The wines of the CHEVAL De KATARZYNA series are pure varietal and can be defined as typical representatives of terroir wines. They are characterized by their uniqueness and bear marks that distinguish them from any other wine. With these wines, the technologists have minimal intervention, because their main goal is for the terroir to show itself to the maximum and to leave a clear imprint on the development of the variety. For example, flint, minerals, salts (according to the soil and the sun), specific aromas of specific herbs and plants (according to the place) can be felt in the taste, etc.

The wine is characterized by a delicate salmon color with a pink tint. Aroma of vanilla and citrus fruits. The taste of the wine is balanced, fine, with a fruity aroma, moderate freshness and a memorable finish.

It goes very well with fresh salads, with fruit, fresh cheeses, sea fish and fruit desserts. The suitable temperature for consumption is 14⁰-16⁰C.
