Each year, Encore Syrah is produced from specially selected and selected grapes, from a specific location in our massif, where the altitude is the highest point in our vineyard – 160m.

The wine is characterized by a deep red color with a violet tint. Intense aroma of ripe berries and tobacco notes, coffee and chocolate, lined with elegant French oak. The taste is elegant, with a rich taste aroma, a long finish and a velvety aftertaste.

Combines very well with turkey dishes, salmon fish, spicy delicacies or roasted red meats. The suitable temperature for consumption is 18⁰-20⁰C.
