Malbec, the uncharacteristic grape for Bulgaria, we grow in a specific part of our massif. The place has the shape of a triangle, in which three varieties of cinnamon forest soils are combined.

The wine is characterized by a brilliant ruby-red color. The wine combines aromas of juicy red fruits, tobacco leaves and noble wood. The taste impresses with balance, softness and juicy flavor aroma. The finish is rich and long-lasting.

It goes very well with spicy dishes, blue cheeses or red meats. The suitable temperature for consumption is 18⁰-20⁰C.
