Grape variety – Cabernet Sauvignon – 70%; Syrah – 30%

The Cabernet Sauvignon variety is located at the lowest point of our range and the Syrah variety at the highest. Interestingly, the soil in both places is the same – medium leached cinnamon forest.

The wine is characterized by an intense purple-red color. Complex smell of ripe black fruits, small berries, spices, chocolate and elegant French oak. A rounded, powerful body with ripe tannins and a long, spicy finish with a hint of softness and sweetness.

It pairs very well with game dishes, delicatessen dishes and chocolate desserts The suitable temperature for consumption is 18⁰-20⁰C.
