The specially selected Merlot plot has an area of ​​2.25ha and is characterized by underdeveloped medium leached cinnamon forest soil and an altitude of 160m.

The wine is characterized by a rich and saturated purple color. The aroma of the wine combines concentrated notes of black fruits, blue plum, cherry jam, spices, vanilla and earthy tone. A taste that includes a harmony of volume, sweetness and velvety. Intense flavor aroma and exceptional length.

It goes very well with spicy dishes, with big game dishes or cured meats. The suitable temperature for consumption is 18⁰-20⁰C.
