The grapes we select for this wine are very different. The Cabernet Sauvignon variety is at the lowest point of our array, and the Syrah variety at the highest. Interestingly, the soil in both places is the same – medium leached cinnamon forest.

The wine is characterized by a deep red color with a violet tint. Complex smell of ripe black fruits, small berries, spices, chocolate and elegant French oak. A rounded, powerful body with ripe tannins and a long, spicy finish with a hint of softness and sweetness.

It goes very well with game dishes, delicatessen dishes and chocolate desserts. The suitable temperature for consumption is 18⁰-20⁰C.
