The grapes are selected with extreme precision from the Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot plots that were planted first in the Katarzyna Estate vineyard.

The wine is characterized by purple-brown shades. Aroma of cherry jam, highlighted with a delicate hint of vanilla. On the palate, there is a softness with melted tannins, revealing a finish of pleasantly tangy chocolate.

It goes very well with aged hard cheeses, red meat dishes or chocolate souffle. The suitable temperature for consumption is 18⁰-20⁰C.
