The selection of grapes is from two plots with the same soil profile but different altitude. The Chardonnay variety is located at 130m, and the Sauvignon Blanc at 150m.

The wine is characterized by an intense yellow-green color. An elegant aroma that weaves together yellow fruits, butter, pepper, toast and noble wood. Rich, juicy and harmonious taste, velvety softness and unforgettable taste aroma. The wine ends with a pleasant freshness and an impressive aftertaste.

It goes very well with roasted white meats, seafood pasta or aged cheeses. The suitable temperature for consumption is 12⁰-14⁰C
