The grapes are selected from a small part of our vineyards, with an area of ​​5.6ha. The specificity is expressed in medium leached cinnamon forest soil and an altitude of 150m.

The wine is characterized by a rich yellow-green color. The aroma combines citrus, herbs, green pepper, butter and fine French oak. The voluminous and balanced taste, combined with the pleasant tart freshness leads to a long aftertaste. The taste aroma reinforces the feeling of a really good wine, of the Sauvignon Blanc variety, vinified in a different way.

It goes very well with green salads, light cheeses, seafood dishes and white meats. Temperature of consumption 12⁰ – 14⁰C
