The specially selected Chardonnay grapes for Les Fleurs are selected annually from a small part of our vineyard. The area is 3.5ha, with slightly eroded and podzolic cinnamon forest soil, the altitude is 133m.

The wine is characterized by an intense straw-yellow color with a greenish tint. The aroma combines ripe yellow fruit, peach, oiliness, nut and noble French oak. The taste aroma is long-lasting and corresponds to the nose of the wine. The body is voluminous and very well balanced. The aftertaste is long-lasting and memorable.

It goes very well with aged French cheeses, smoked fish, rabbit dishes, white meats and desserts. Temperature of consumption 12⁰ – 14⁰C
