The 2016 harvest started with a lot of rain in the spring and early summer, which reduced the total amount of grapes harvested, but the summer and autumn were dry and moderately warm, which resulted in very high grape quality. We bottled 300 bottles of Cabernet Sauvignon, each with a serial number, and the grapes were selected from the earliest planted plots, where the vines are at their optimal development. The specially selected plot has a small area and one of the most favorable conditions for growing the variety.

The wine is characterized by an intense ruby ​​red color. Rich and harmonious, the aroma of the wine includes concentrated nuances of spices, pepper, earth, black fruit, vanilla and smoke. The taste of the wine is viscous with mild sweetness and a long aftertaste.

It goes very well with spicy dishes, with big game dishes or cured meats. The suitable temperature for consumption is 18⁰-20⁰C.
