To show the adaptation to our micro-region of the world’s most widespread red varieties: Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from the 2013 vintage, we set aside 300 bottles, each with a serial number, and the grapes were selected from the earliest planted areas where the vines are in their optimal development.

The wine is characterized by purple-brown shades. Aroma of cherry jam, highlighted with a delicate hint of vanilla. On the palate, there is a softness with melted tannins, revealing a finish of pleasantly tangy chocolate.

It goes very well with aged hard cheeses, red meat dishes or chocolate souffle. The suitable temperature for consumption is 18⁰-20⁰C.
