Our vineyard has two parcels with the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, with soils typical of the region – cinnamon forest and an altitude of 120/130m. The quality and character of these vineyards define the essence of this iconic Katarzyna Estate wine.

The wine is characterized by an intense, deep red color with violet hues. The smell is an explosion of spices, smoke, ripe berries and exquisitely woven wood. The wine is captivating and voluminous, the body is velvety with notes of vanilla, chocolate and ripe blueberries. The long finish and elegant aftertaste add class to this unforgettable wine.

It goes very well with big game dishes, mature cheeses or roasted red meats. The suitable temperature for consumption is 18⁰-20⁰C.
