By \u201cgoods and services\u201d provided by \u201cPlatinum Brands\u201d Ltd. are meant:
\u2013 wine, as defined by the Bulgarian Law on Wine and Spirits;
\u2013 vouchers for trainings, gifts, events, tastings, and shopping for goods;
\u2013 accessories and packaging;<\/p>
Each of the listed items is described with its main characteristics and sale price.<\/p>
\"\"Customer\"\" means an individual or legal entity who has placed an order or registered a customer account on katarzyna.bg and agrees to the present Terms and Conditions.<\/p>
\u201cCustomer Account\u201d is the information about the Customer (first name, last name \/ company name, address, phone number, e-mail, UIC\/BULSTAT, etc.), provided by the Customer during purchase or registration and stored by katarzyna.bg for the purpose of processing orders and providing the services offered by katarzyna.bg.<\/p>
By using the website katarzyna.bg, you acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining your account and password, as well as for securing access to your computer. The customer account is accessible by entering a username or email and password, and it allows the Customer to view and edit the data provided during registration, access all information regarding their orders of goods and services through katarzyna.bg, change their access password, and subscribe or unsubscribe from the katarzyna.bg newsletter, if such a service is available. You are responsible for all activities that occur as a result of the use of your password or account.<\/p>
katarzyna.bg is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your failure to comply with your responsibilities and obligations under these Terms and Conditions. In order to purchase a product or use a service offered through this website, you must register and\/or provide the required information so that we can fulfill your request. There is also an option to place orders without registration.<\/p>
By placing a purchase order and accepting these Terms and Conditions, you make an electronic statement of intent to enter into a contract with us under these Terms and agree to comply with them. Before clicking the \u201cRegister\u201d or \u201cComplete Order\u201d button, you have the opportunity to review and edit the information you have provided.<\/p>
The author of the electronic statement is the natural person who is indicated as its issuer within the statement itself.<\/p>
2. Purchase Orders
When placing an order or registering, the Customer provides the following information:
for individuals \u2013 first name, last name, phone number, address, and e-mail;
for legal entities \u2013 company name, legal representative, VAT number, phone number, address, and e-mail.<\/p>
By entering any information on this Website, you represent and warrant that:
(1) You are at least 18 years of age;
(2) You are using your real identity;
(3) You have provided only true, accurate, current, and complete information;
(4) You will maintain and promptly update the information you have provided to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete;
(5) You accept the \"\"Terms and Conditions\"\" of katarzyna.bg by checking the box \"\"I agree to the Terms and Conditions of Sale of the online store katarzyna.bg.\"\" This action constitutes an electronic statement within the meaning of the Law on Electronic Document and Electronic Certification Services and has a legally binding effect for the parties.<\/p>
Purchase Order Process
When placing a purchase order, the Customer performs the following sequential steps: Selects the desired products and adds them to their cart by clicking the \u201cBuy\u201d button (icon with a shopping cart) next to the respective item. When the customer decides to proceed with the order of the selected products, they go to their \u201ccart\u201d (located in the top right corner of the website).<\/p>
In their \u201ccart\u201d the Customer specifies the type and quantity of the products and confirms the order by clicking the virtual \u201cComplete Order\u201d button.<\/p>
To proceed, the Customer must either register (if a new user) or log in to their account (if an existing user), by providing information such as name, surname, phone number, and delivery address.
When the customer shops without registration, after selecting the desired products, they proceed to fill in the information required to complete the order (name, surname, phone number, delivery address, and email).<\/p>
The customer confirms the provided information by clicking the 'Complete Order' button.<\/p>
The purchase order for goods through katarzyna.bg is considered completed after clicking the 'Complete Order' button.<\/p>
If an incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate address and\/or phone number is provided when placing the order\/request, it shall be considered invalid and katarzyna.bg shall have no obligation to fulfill it.<\/p>
Acceptance of the Order
The purchase order is accepted by katarzyna.bg through the sending of an automatic message to the Client's email address.<\/p>
The request becomes effective between the parties after verifying the availability of the ordered goods and confirming its validity via the phone number provided by the Client or by sending a message to the Client\u2019s email address. katarzyna.bg does not guarantee the availability of the ordered items. If unable to fulfill its obligations due to the unavailability of the requested goods and the impossibility of delivery from its suppliers, katarzyna.bg will, within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receiving the purchase order, notify the Client of the out-of-stock item by phone call to the number provided during registration or by sending a message to the email address provided by the Client. katarzyna.bg will amend the order according to the Client\u2019s preferences.<\/p>
3. Delivery
The ordered goods are delivered to the delivery address specified by the Client via courier. All orders are shipped through a courier service.<\/p>
The delivery price depends on the courier company and is displayed on the order page after entering the location and after selecting an office or entering an address. *
When purchasing goods worth \u20ac40 \/ 78.23 BGN (forty euros) or more (in one shipment) \u2013 Free shipping *<\/p>
All prices and delivery times apply within the territory of Bulgaria. Deliveries are made to any location in Bulgaria, regardless of whether it is your home, office, or the courier's office. <\/p>
All delivery costs are paid at the time of fulfillment, either by cash on delivery or at the time of ordering if you have chosen to pay via DSK bank (credit\/debit card payment). The delivery cost is not included in the price of the goods.<\/p>
Delivery times:
No later than 2 (two) business days \u2013 for the territory of Sofia and the rest of the country, if orders are placed by 2:00 PM on the respective day. No later than 3 (three) business days \u2013 for the territory of Sofia and the rest of the country, if orders are placed after 2:00 PM on the respective day. Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday, with Saturday deliveries made by noon, in accordance with the courier company's working hours. On weekdays, deliveries are carried out in accordance with the courier company's operating schedule.<\/p>
The goods are delivered appropriately packaged, according to their type and the method of transportation.<\/p>
The goods are handed over to the Client or to a third party who accepts and confirms receipt on behalf of the Client by signing the accompanying delivery documents. If the Client cannot be found at the delivery address within the specified timeframe, or if access and conditions for the delivery are not provided, katarzyna.bg is released from its obligation to deliver the ordered goods. The Client may confirm their desire to receive the goods even after the initial delivery period has expired, in which case they shall bear all costs related to the second delivery. A new delivery period begins from the moment of this confirmation.<\/p>
4. Prices and Payment Methods
All product prices in the katarzyna.bg online store are in euro (\u20ac). The prices include VAT.<\/p>
When prices are listed in both leva and euro, the exchange rate used is 1 euro = 1.95583 leva.<\/p>
The listed item prices do not include delivery costs. The total amount due for the ordered products and delivery expenses can be paid using the following methods:<\/p>
Through virtual POS from DSK Bank (Payment with credit \/ debit card)
Or
In cash (cash on delivery) by the Client or by a third party on behalf of the Client at the time of delivery, with the payment made to the representative of the courier company;<\/p>
Payment with debit\/credit card via virtual POS from DSK Bank:
\u2013 Types of cards accepted: debit, credit and business cards Visa and MasterCard, B-card.
\u2013 Transactions are carried out using the MasterCard Identity check and VISA Secure security programs.
\u2013 We do not store data about bank cards used for payment through the site.
\u2013 If it is necessary to return an amount paid with a bank card, the amount will be refunded to the card with which the payment was made.<\/p>
4.1. Return Policy and Order Cancellation
(1) The Client has the right to withdraw from the concluded contract without owing any compensation or penalty and without stating a reason, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
(2) In the event that the Client exercises their right of withdrawal under paragraph 1 of this provision, the Supplier is obliged to refund in full all amounts paid by the Client no later than 14 days from the date on which the Client exercised their right to withdraw from the concluded contract. The return shipping costs shall be deducted from the amount paid under the contract, unless the Client returns the goods at their own expense and has informed the Supplier accordingly.
(3) The Client is obliged to preserve the goods received from the Supplier without compromising their quality and safety during the period specified in paragraph 1.
(4) The Client may exercise their right to withdraw from the contract with the Supplier by submitting a written statement to the Supplier at the address mentioned above or via email: info@katarzyna.bg
(5) The return fee is 12 BGN for orders including up to 6 bottles, and 24 BGN for orders including up to 12 bottles. In case of exercising the right to withdraw from the contract, the return shipping cost is covered by the Client.
(6) The Client loses the right to withdraw from the contract under the following circumstances:
torn or removed label of products;
damaged condition of the product;
compromised integrity of the product or its packaging (bottle);<\/p>
5. Rights of the Client
A Client who is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act has the right, without owing any compensation or penalty and without stating a reason, to withdraw from the concluded contract for the purchase of goods through katarzyna.bg by returning the goods (in the commercial condition in which they were received) within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt, and by covering the courier costs for the return.<\/p>
If the Client withdraws from the concluded contract within the period specified in the previous sentence, they must send a statement of withdrawal from the contract to katarzyna.bg and return the goods with their integrity intact. The statement of withdrawal should be sent to the following address:<\/p>

All our products come with paper labels and stickers. Products with torn or removed labels cannot be returned and will not be replaced.<\/p>
The product must be kept in UNDAMAGED condition and with its integrity intact.<\/p>
All stickers, labels, etc. must be in their proper places.<\/p>
All additional product components must be present.<\/p>
Please note that delivery costs in both directions are at the client's expense.<\/p>
If the Client refuses to accept the goods, the refusal is considered unjustified, and the Client is liable for the payment of both the delivery and return shipping costs. In this case, the Client is also obliged to compensate the Supplier for all damages and lost profits, including any additional expenses beyond the delivery and return costs incurred as a result of the refusal.<\/p>
(1) If the Client cannot be found at the specified address within the delivery period or if access and conditions for delivering the goods are not provided within that time, the Supplier is released from the obligation to deliver the ordered goods. The Client may confirm their intention to receive the goods even after the delivery period has expired, provided they cover all delivery-related costs. In this case, a new delivery period begins from the moment of such confirmation.<\/p>
The Client must inspect the goods at the time of delivery and handover by the Supplier, and if they do not meet the requirements, the Client must immediately notify the Supplier.<\/p>
(2) If the Client does not notify the Supplier in accordance with paragraph 1, the goods are considered accepted as meeting the requirements, except in the case of hidden defects.<\/p>
(3) The following cases do not constitute defects in the goods: \u2013 the specific taste of the provided wine products.<\/p>
6. Rights and Protection of Personal Data<\/p>

katarzyna.bg (\u201cPlatinum Brands\u201d Ltd.) collects and uses your personal data to administer, maintain, improve, and gather feedback on the services we offer, as well as to detect and prevent errors, breaches of our security system, violations of the law, or of our contractual terms.<\/p>
Personal data related to payments made by credit\/debit card are administered by the payment service provider \u2013 DSK Bank.<\/p>

The personal data you provide (name, address, phone number, email) is used solely for the purpose of contacting you and processing your purchase (delivering the products you have selected). Creating an account on the website is not mandatory. If you choose to create an account, you will have the ability to edit or remove your personal data from the site or delete your account entirely.
