The specially selected Chardonnay grapes for Les Fleurs are harvested from a small section of our vineyard, located on an area of 3.5 hectares. The soils are slightly eroded and podzolized cinnamon-forest, and the altitude of the terrain is 133 meters. These conditions provide unique circumstances for growing the variety, which stands out for its quality and complexity.
The wine exhibits an intense straw-yellow color with a greenish hue. Its aroma blends ripe yellow fruit, peach, buttery nuances, nuts, and finely integrated French oak. The flavor is long-lasting and harmoniously reflects the wine’s bouquet. It has a full body with excellent balance, and the finish is both long and memorable.
It combines very well with aged French cheeses, smoked fish, rabbit dishes, white meats, and desserts. The ideal serving temperature is 12⁰-14⁰C.
