2015 marks the tenth anniversary vintage, distinguished by a moderate balance between optimal temperatures and sufficient rainfall. Despite the challenges, this is one of the winery's best harvests, from which 300 limited bottles of Cabernet Franc were produced, each with its own serial number. The grapes were selected from the earliest planted vineyard, where the vines are at their optimal development. The plot is small in size, and the soil and altitude create favorable conditions for growing high-quality grapes.
The wine is characterized by a rich and deep purple color. Elegant and harmonious, its aroma combines concentrated notes of spices, black pepper, dark fruits, and delicate French oak. The palate offers a harmonious blend of body, sweetness, velvetiness, intense flavor, and exceptional length.
It combines very well with spicy dishes, game meats, or cured meats. The ideal serving temperature is 18⁰–20⁰C.
