To showcase the adaptation of the most widespread red grape varieties worldwide Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon to our micro-region, we have set aside 300 bottles from the 2013 vintage, each with a unique serial number. The grapes were carefully selected from the earliest planted vineyards, where the vines are at their optimal stage of development.
The wine is characterized by purplish-brown hues. It offers an aroma of cherry jam, accented with a delicate hint of vanilla. On the palate, it reveals softness with well-integrated tannins, finishing with a pleasantly bitter note of chocolate.
It is combined very well with aged hard cheeses, red meat dishes, or chocolate soufflé. The recommended serving temperature is 18⁰–20⁰C.
