MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Providing a complete and personalized wine experience for the hotel guests.
– Conducting wine tastings and winery tours while providing information about
the origin, production process, and characteristics of the wines.
– answering questions about the wines, food pairings that best complement them
them and other related topics.
– Assistance with the maintenance and management of the wine shop.
– Establishing and maintaining good relationships with guests, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere in the hotel.
– Assisting in the organization of special wine events and activities for the guests.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Knowledge and passion for wine, winemaking, and wine traditions.
– Experience in working with guests and demonstrating a high level of customer service.
– Good communication skills and the ability to present information in an engaging and easily understandable way.
– Positive and friendly attitude, with the ability to create pleasant and unforgettable memories for visitors.
– Fluency in English (and other languages is a plus), enabling smooth communication with international guests.
– Flexibility in working hours, including willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and during wine events.
