Food and Beverage Manager

Among the vineyards of Katarzyna Estate, in the exquisite Katarzyna Hotel, we create harmony between wine, nature, and hospitality, turning every visit into a special experience. To maintain this standard, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Food and Beverage Manager to lead the team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plans, organizes, and controls the overall activities of the Food and Beverage department.
• Manages and coordinates the staff in the restaurant and related venues.
• Ensures high quality of service in welcoming, accommodating, and catering to guests.
• Monitors costs, profitability, and adherence to company standards.
• Controls daily financial reporting and analyzes results.
• Participates in the planning and execution of promotions, events, and special projects.
• Assists clients with menu selection and organization of events.
• Keeps up with current trends in the restaurant industry and suggests ideas for development.
• Organizes recruitment, training, and development of staff.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher or specialized secondary education in the field of tourism.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar managerial position.
• Excellent computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel); knowledge of Micros–Fidelio is an advantage.
• Very good command of English – written and spoken.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems and conflicts.
• Friendly, adaptive, and balanced personality with teamwork skills.
