The flavor profile reinforces the impression of a truly fine wine from the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety, vinified in a distinctive way.
It combines very well with green salads, mild cheeses, seafood dishes, and white meats. The ideal serving temperature is 12⁰-14⁰C.
