MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greeting, registering, and accommodating hotel guests.
• Accepting and entering reservations into the system.
• Processing payments, issuing documents, and responsibility for cash handling.
• Presenting and booking additional services.
• Providing personal attention and support to each guest to ensure a comfortable stay.
• Coordination with other hotel departments for flawless service.
• Resolving emerging situations with care and professionalism.
• Preparing reports and handing over the reception between shifts.
• Teamwork to achieve high service standards.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent command of English (a second foreign language is an advantage).
• Computer literacy; experience with Clock PMS or similar software is an advantage.
• Excellent business communication and correspondence skills.
• Attention to detail and a personalized approach to clients.
• Dynamic, sociable, and responsible personality.
