The kiwi, New Zealand's national bird, symbolizes the uniqueness and humble elegance of the country. The silver fern embodies the life cycle and refined character of the wine, while the spiral Māori symbol Koru represents new life, growth, and harmony. The contrasting colors emphasize the fresh, intense, and modern approach to winemaking – orange like the sunset over the Pacific Ocean, green like the evergreen forests, and deep purple like the fertile vineyard soil.
The name Catherina derives from the Greek Αικατερίνη and carries the meaning 'pure', 'immaculate', or 'saintly,' established due to reverence for St. Catherine of Alexandria. Katarzyna is the Polish form of the name Catherina, while the Bulgarian is Ekaterina, and they all share the same deep meaning. Catherina is often associated with classical elegance, sophistication, and timeless femininity.
