2015 – year marks the tenth anniversary harvest, distinguished by a moderate balance between optimal temperatures and sufficient rainfall. Despite the challenges, it is one of the best vintages of the winery, from which 300 limited-edition bottles of a Cabernet Sauvignon & Syrah blend have been bottled, each with a unique serial number. The grapes were selected from the earliest planted vineyards, where the vines are at their optimal development stage.
The wine is characterized by an intense red color with violet hues. It offers a complex nose of ripe black fruits, small forest berries, spices, chocolate, and elegant French oak. Rounded and powerful on the palate, with mature tannins and a long, spicy finish that carries a hint of softness and sweetness.
It is combined excellently with game dishes, delicate meals, and chocolate desserts. The ideal serving temperature is 18°C-20°C.
