MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Organizes, plans and controls the overall activity of the kitchen.
– Participates in the development and implementation of new recipes, introduces and updates menus, including for holidays and events.
– Is responsible for the quality of the prepared culinary production and its presentation.
– Ensures compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards, complies with the requirements of the HACCP system.
– Trains and supervises the kitchen staff.
– Coordinates work processes and relationships between the kitchen and other departments.
– Prepares requests for product delivery, is responsible for their proper storage and quality.
– Maintains documentation and reporting of the kitchen – allocates specific tasks to the team on a daily basis.
– Ensures compliance with work standards and specific technological requirements when preparing dishes.
– Is responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of the material and technical base.

REQUIREMENTS FOR OCCUPANTING THE POSITION:

– Experience in A la carte restaurants.
– Appropriate education or qualification.
– Motivation and personal interest in culinary innovations.
– Prominent leadership and organizational qualities.
– Maintaining good work discipline and collegial relations.
