Wine Tours
Modern winemaking is mainly associated with extracting high-quality wine from first-class grapes. The taste comes from the grapes, but the activities in the winery also play a huge role in obtaining and preserving this valuable raw material.
The choice of vinification is solely driven by our desire to fully express the estate's terroir, as well as the specific varietal characteristics of the wines.
The winery is equipped with modern technological equipment, which, together with the team's skills, leads to the creation of wines with a typical regional character and a vivid varietal identity.
Oak – it is a fact that oak is the only wood used in winemaking that has shown such an affinity to wine.
Our wines mature in French barriques (40% new), which are regularly refilled and monitored for the qualitative changes occurring in them, thanks to the contact of the wine with the wood.
Different types of oak are used, from various regions and with varying levels of toasting.
After bottling, the wines mature in an underground tunnel with a constant temperature of 14°C and 75% humidity.
Our premium-class wines mature for at least a year and a half in the bottle before being released to the market. These wines cannot achieve their high quality without the typical bottle note.
Aging wines in the bottle is just as important as aging them in barrels. During this process, the aroma develops additional noble notes, the taste softens, and the wine acquires a complete, refined character.
